Macro % for a 15 year old beginner

Hi I was just wondering what the % of my macros should look like. I'm 15 years old, weigh 135 pounds, looking to gain lots of muscle as well lose fat at the same time. I've been researching and it said a high carb/protein and low fat diet should be best. If so, what should they look like, i.e. 45% carbs 35 protein and 20 fat.

Don't count macros. You are still growing. Just eat when you are hungry, ask for seconds and stay active. Plenty of time to count macros later in life.

I feel like I should. I'm a bit chubby as it is so I feel like if I eat whether I'm hungry and don't eat the right foods with the right nutristion I will put on more weight than necessary and my muscles won't grow properly because of lack of nutrients and protein carbs etc.

I'm 5'7 I think. I'm not like fat or anything like that, I was just sedentary for ALL of last year, didn't go outside for an entire year other than school. So I packed on some pounds and now I want to lose some of those and get leaner.

At 15, your macro % should be exactly:

100% doesn't matter just eat a lot of nutritious foods and enjoy your teens (friends, school, hobbies...) while you still can.

Just eat when hungry and be more active; that is all you need to do.
Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
