Who the heck is doing blackface on Halloween? I've never seen such a thing and I've been to literally a hundred Halloween parties. It's a nonissue that these SJW freaks are trying to make into an issue.
Nobody cares about blackface, whiteface, whatever face, on its own. What matters is the context. As was shown Dave Chappelle in modern-day whiteface was pretty darn funny. The Wayans brothers, not as funny. Al Jolson in blackface was not racist. Neither were the hundreds of white actors who have played Othello in blackface.
I don't know the origins of blackface or other colored-face but I doubt that they are racist. It seems to me that they are performers trying to mimic other people as best they can. They're trying to help their audience into a suspension of disbelief.
If you're playing a person who is supposed to be one color, again I'll use Othello as an example: everyone understands that he is a Moor and that he is dark skinned. So if the actor playing the character is not dark skinned then how can we expect the audience to believe that the actor is Othello? Blackface, makeup, seems like a very reasonable option.
Now I'm sure that there are instances where the context of whatever colored-face could be considered racist. If it's being done to attack that group or a person then it's reasonable to consider that racist. But it isn't inherently racist. And as I said, I seriously doubt that blackface is a common Halloween costume. It's a nonissue these days.

Uhg can't believe you right wing bigots are cancelling your payment to a company who puts out propaganda against your race. Why are you such fragile white? Like just pay the company that hates you and stfu. Hopefully me calling you a snowflake and pussy has made you feel emotionally inadequate and realized that REAL WHITE MEN pay to be lectured about why they're bad. Stupid bigots.

Those pictures are distasteful for sure. I don't think that such costumes are commonplace though, they certainly haven't been commonplace in places that I've frequented or with people that I've associated with over the years. I do agree with you that it's Halloween, it's pretty common to see pictures of people with weird/disrespectful/etc. costumes online. We can't really be upset about that.
I'm still not so sure on the origins of blackface being racist though. Sticking with my Othello example: I doubt that performers in the past hundred years or so were the ones who came up with the idea to make the actor playing Othello appear to be dark skinned. That they saw a minstrel show and thought to themselves, "we should blackface Othello!" I can only assume that such makeup has been used for quite a long time. I doubt that Shakespeare would have had an issue with it, that he would have turned SJW and demanded that a Moorish actor be found to play the part.
Context still seems to be the key to me. Sure stereotyping black people minstrel show style as being dumb, lazy, etc. may be racist, that's a very reasonable argument to make. But arguing that all blackface is racist, say Al Jolson in The Jazz Singer or actors playing Othello, seems a bit much.
Even if it is "racist," is it really a bad type of racism? Using that same reasoning we could call Dave Chappelle racist for the whiteface video that was posted earlier in the thread. Is it racist when Dave jokes about white people using his white guy voice? If one of these things is racist then all of them are racist. It isn't reasonable to only attack white people as being racist.

Sorry dude, but that is exactly that it is. You being triggered over some stupid TV show to the point you want to boycott the distributor is no different than how a SJW feels when they get triggered over manspreading or the patriarchy
besides, if you stop now you're going to miss Iron Fist and season 2 of Stranger Things.

Yep, shaming people in public for the way they sit, banning shakespear, denying biology, and creating conspiracy theories is the same thing as not supporting things that are clearly against you. Congrats, you have extra chromosomes.
Can you use any posts toward me with a spoiler tag? I'm going to petition bb.com to get a triggered tag, please use it.
meanwhile; the dislike ratio continues to grow and comments are deleted left and right?

They're only feeling brave enough to do this because their share price has gone up massively this last year. Anything that affects that rise will have them putting the SJW propaganda back in the cuckshed where it belongs.
I'm not cancelling it because I have 2 years of it for free, but LOL @ that dislike bar.. disable comments when?

This show was intended for Hillary's America, as are fukk tons of other shows and movies coming out this year. They won't stop pumping them out either and the rust belt will be redder than Jared Fogle's azzhole. Forget the midterms, that's been out of reach since November 9th.

Meh, too bad about the OA, it had potential. The Russian origin stuff was pretty cool, by the time they started with the weird dancing it was a bit too late to turn back for me.
Lol@getting your feelings hurt so badly over one chitty show that you're boycotting the whole service, you should be way more offended by Fuller House (Stephanie is a famous DJ with a British accent? give me a break).
