There's not one transcendent QB in this year's draft. Unless you have a QB that's can't-miss, don't waste a pick. I say put together a draft package and go after Jimmy G. Use your top pick on Myles Garrett and you have your edge rusher for the next 10 years.

Define can't-miss?
Was Tom Brad can't miss? Was he a wasted pick?
Was Dak Prescott can't miss?
Russell Wilson?
Aaron Rodgers?
Drew Brees?
Pretty much any QB who wasn't a top 2 pick?
You want to stay away from the Tim Tebows and the Johnny Manziels of the world but there are no can't miss prospects especially at QB. As good of a prospect as Luck was even he isn't elite at this point.

I wouldn't mind Mitch to the 49ers at #2 if they couldn't swing a trade for Garoppolo. Mitch has his flaws and limited sample but he's shown some really good things. Kid played really well when pressured and has all the tools. I'd also trust Hue Jackson to coach up a kid like that.
Though I think it would be best to sit him for the first season if they can swing it and let him get comfortable in the offense.
Dude is local and actually wants to play for Cleveland...if you hit on a guy like that at QB it's great for the franchise.
