I've never been much of a coffee drinker and take stimulants like PEA on an empty stomach in the morning, but every once in a while it makes it damn near impossible to sleep without a healthy dose of melatonin. Is there any way to "cut it short"? I think I recall reading that fruit juice helps.

Considering PEA has a half life of something like 15 minutes, I think you're problem is something else entirely.
Caffeine half life is around 5 hours, so don't drink within 5 hours of bed and you're likely fine. If you have trouble sleeping, it's probably something else. Honestly, depending on how much caffeine, I can ingest caffeine fairly late in the day and have no problem sleeping, everyone is different, but there are your generic numbers to go by.Squat and Deadlift
