I'm not subscribed to him nor do I follow him, but I know he is known as that guy who is good at OHP, same way I know max chewing is good at deadlifting
Okay fair enough then, my bad.
My bench got way stronger once I started incorporating OHP [but tbh i did neglect shoulders for the longest while]. I still love the movement anyway and will continue doing it.

Cool
I don't know any great benchers that had a great OHP
You seem to view the strength world in the very small bubble of YouTube celebrity
Neither of those two are even a blip on the radar in the strength world
Also benched 500 and my best OHP is 265x2
Moral of the story. If you want a good OHP, OHP. If you want a good bench, bench. Crazy conceptTraining log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=165829701

This is awesome! Hopefully we see lots of submissions on these.. I pretty much have all my programming already laid out up until the next powerlifting meet but I'm sure if there's nothing too crazy I can get in on something. Left shoulder has been bugging me lately on incline press so I'm not sure how well that'd go with any overhead pressing. 135 might not be too bad though, I could do a couple reps on Thursday and see how it feels
