Getting married in April of 2017. Currently at 222 lbs, around 25-30% body fat. I maintain on ~2300 Calories/day or 16,100 Calories/week. Will be cutting at 13,500 to 14,000 Calories/week and go from there.
-Will be IFing, getting in ~100g of protein a day, and utilizing a relaxed approach to calorie cycling.
-Will be lifting a minimum of 2 days/week and doing some sort of cardio 1-2 days/week (BJJ Training).
