Agreed. I like the owl dude's design but think the other two are among the worst looking starters they've had.

The best way to maximize your Pokemon stats is through their genetics, EVS. You usually do that at the daycare and switch the crappy parent for a good parent and continue breeding until you get masterrace pokemon.

You will need the following to make things simple:
-Destiny knot (carry EVs from parent)
-everstone (carry ability from parent)

I recommend catching a bunch of dittos with different natures. (Natures effect EVs maximum potential). Finding a ditto safari is important.


I have a guide that will help you with IVs, which are for training pokemon.

When you're hatching eggs, get a talonflame with the ability flame body. The ability halves the time for hatching eggs.

Brb 10+ people in a group chat with sometimes 2 multis going on at the same time
Brb staying up till sunrise to play
Brb Lorenzo playing Pokemon movies on tinychat for us to watch while we played

Honestly the funnest I've ever had with a video game. Shame we couldn't ever revive it. Just a right place, right time kinda thing that just worked. Looking back, I was actually sooooo bad. I apologize to anyone who had to partner with me back then, LOL.

I got into VGC after it started to die down in here. became pretty successful on battlespot and the 2 actual IRL tourneys I went to but chit just got too busy when I got my first full time job. Now I just play for fun on battle spot and watch Cybertron vids just to keep up with the meta.

Hope you kunts are doing well, although most of you probably won't even see this.
