Okay I have been wondering this for a long time. I'm 15 but turning 16 in 3 months. I have worked out many times before but I stopped for about 4 months and now I'm working out again. The problem I have is that I weigh 198 pounds and I'm only 6'0. I am not fat and I would guess I have around 15-17% body fat. I don't understand how I weigh this much I am wide and big but I'm not fat. I'm not really cut but I'm on a cutting diet right now. My arms are almost 14.5 inches when flexed. My arms are pretty much all muscle I don't have a lot of fat on them. The only thing is that my stomach is kind of chubby and my quads are big. Is it normal that I weigh this much because my friend who is almost 6'2 and I'm only bigger than him by a bit but I can lift a lot more than him in a lot of stuff. He only weighs 175 pounds and probably around the same body fat as me. I don't know if I'm worrying for no reason.
