Arguably a few dodgy judging decisions, I felt I was top 5, however guy who was 5th knew a few judges which I felt sucked.

Pretty annoyed at myself, but it's got me motivated to stop pussying around, go HAM and start lifting some heavy ass weight

Especially chest the most, and back and quads too.

Forget the subjectivity of bodybuilding and join the light side of powerlifting. you either lift or u don't. No bull**** favouritism

That way, when your pinky toe moves mid grind on your 1RM bench press a judge can red light you and ur lift won't count
