You need to spend the first 15 minutes of the broadcast attempting to convince people the sport isn't "fixed" and telling your fan base how stupid they are for not just following the judging like sheep. We don't give a crap about prize money increases. We need real fair open judging based on set criteria, and a better larger broadcasting system if they ever want this to be taken seriously. We all know bodybuilding main event will never become huge.. its to much of a niche market. But some of the other categories could become huge.. especially with female audiences now 'health' is becoming more mainstream.

Not only that but the commentators, especially the washed up DJ just keeps nuthugging phil so hard, he even let it slip phil would win earlier.
Also its really pathethic how many times they mentioned that people need to "pay their dues". Sorry this is not a sport at all, its a who is more buddy buddy with the homosexual men at the top of the IFBB organization.

Exactly, over the last two nights I wanted to throw my screen every time they said "pay your dues" what the crap? You don't pay your dues in a sport. You either score more goals and win.. or you lose. Nobody is going to gift the worst NFL team the super bowl just because they may be a longer running franchise.

Once he started talking about it my jaw dropped. My first thought was that this was going to lead to a situation like the Cincinnati Zoo got themselves in when they publicly asked people to stop with the Harambe memes. They got flooded with them. They flat out let the world know that it is getting under their skin and natural online troll reaction is to push it even further whther the complaints are legitimate concerns or not.
That's just bad business, overall.

The IFBB runs fixed, predetermined events -- all of the winners in the Top 5 are known before anyone steps on stage.
Remember the wins Kuclo stole? Mark Alvisi? However much $$$ you give this trash organization, they will GIFT you. That's why Phil's called the Gift - he gets the most giftsLast edited by Kulutues; 09-19-2016 at 08:54 AM.

To be frank, that's a given.
Bodybuilding is not a sport, it's a beauty pageant. Do you guys really think that the Ms.Universe is even close to beeing the hottest woman in the world? That the Victorias Secret Models or any other supermodels are the one in a million (look at their pics without cake)? That the Ms. Bumbum has the best glute insertions and proportions? In any type of beauty peagant politics are involved. It's who you know, what you have to offer (status, money) to the right people and what you do for somebody that will get you to the top.
Let's just look at the first Classic Phyisque Mr.O Danny Hester who has been in the IFBB for 20 Years and knows tons of people backstage:
vs some "random" classic physique guy aka Peter Molnar that got banned from the IFBB for comparing in another organization while not even having a pro card (lol) and has no connections to the people in power whatsoever:
It is what it is. It's not like real sport where the best is indeed the best. You can always rig the winner to go by a certain standard the judges are looking for.
