Sure supplements can easily help you meet those demands but I want to know natural sources of Fiber (Both Soluble & Insoluble) and how in the world can I manage to eat enough to get all of that!?

Beans, whole grain breads/pastas/cereals, and Fibre 1 granola bars will have the most. Furthermore, nuts, figs and other fruits, potatoes. For men, aim for 30g of fibre/day, women aim for 25g/day. Source: my GI doctor. If you on a cut and eating low carb, I found you basically have to supplement it unless you willing to live with sub par weight loss due to extra cals from carbs. I use Benefibre from Costco, it is also all natural. Psyllium husk will also do which is natural.

Make one of your main meals a huge ass salad. Big pile of greens, assorted vegetables like carrots, broccoli, radishes, etc. Add things like avocado, nuts/seeds, chickpeas, meat/sardines, oil based dressing, etc for macros. Salads like this are one of the most underrated meals of all time IMO. Always refreshing. Never boring. Endless possibilities. They are almost essential to get all the fiber and micros you need to thrive anyway.
…we have not spent the last 65 million or so years finely honing our physiology to watch Oprah. Like it or not, we are the product of a very long process of adaptation to a harsh physical existence, and the past couple centuries of comparative ease and plenty are not enough time to change our genome. We humans are at our best when our existence mirrors, or at least simulates, the one we are still genetically adapted to live. And that is the purpose of exercise. - Mark Rippetoe

avocados are a very easy way to get a lot of fiber. The average size avocado has around 7g fiber, and then you also get some great fats in there as well. I eat one everyday with salt and pepper!

I do a bag of blue berries, high fiber oatmeal, abd yogurt for breakfast every morning. Gets me an excellent morning poop and about 20g towards my daily goal. Throw in some mixed veg with dinner and bam Im at my goal.
I have to return some videotapes
