today will be the 30th day at 110 or higher in PHX this summer. if you go outside between 2-5pm it hurts your skin.

Any tips on breaking through a plateau? I've seemed to hit a wall and am not losing any weight despite eating in a calorie deficit and doing cardio.

Any time I will be outside for more than a few mins, I do. Gotta keep what little glow I have left.

Dan recommended a product called Glow that has sunblock and light bronzer. Gave it to my wife to use every day and she loves it on her face. Smells pleasant, protects, moisturizes, and gives her skin a nice color. She never wears make up (doesn't need to) but this stuff is a nice touch.

ride it out or drop cals and make sure you're tracking accurately.

You get up and walk around and talk to people. You go to meetings. You walk around and get coffee.

Indy is the same. I think Virginia was slightly hotter but for some reason it's more humid here lately. Although I think next week it's supposed to dry out. Nothing was as miserable as when I lived in GA though.

It has been humid as fcuk here lately, too. I actually saw the weather while I was at the gym today and they had a little chart that said today's humidity would be in the "oppressive" zone. I don't know what the criteria is for that, but it is a pretty dang accurate description.

Yeah me too. I've been a bit AWOL of late. Things are getting better... Getting on top of some injuries so finally back in this gym this week. Can't do much pressing but most other exercises are ok.

I need to be busy at work or it's hell on earth.

Went to the gym yesterday and hit 185x1 on bench with no shoulder pain. Also did 2x20 on like 10 exercises. Super light didn't even get a pump.

Fixing the shoulder has gone well thus far. Total rest for 10 days, extensive lacrosse ball massages and stretching. Feelsgoodman gonna keep at it

There is more info on the podcast than just HIIT.

It changed my view of cardio.
I used to do cardio during prep on the inclined treadmill.

Result..muscle loss.

After listening to this podcast I switched last prep to just the upright bike using HIIT, MISS and LISS.
Result best condition of my life.
