Everything felt good today. Top bench work was supposed to be 4x4 but increased weight and hit 2 8s. Top dead work was 3 doubles but just busted out a 6.

Was supposed to continue tapering squat & bench today pre test, but I tweaked my pec Saturday & it still hurts, so no bench. Mobility on that side was impinged enough that i decided to skip squats as well. Instead:

Easy day. Everything felt light, reps were fast and crisp. Left pec felt really really tight, but no sharp pain so I did my workout.
Been icing and rolling my pec a lot since I tweaked it and it's improving. Have not determined if I should really lift with it yet.Clear eyes, full heart: can't lose.

Missed my 495 squat and 225 bench. I've been pretty sick and still not 100% better and slept like crap, so that maybe explains it but still pretty pissed off at myself over those - neither of those should have been a miss. Got mad and bagged it after that, not sure if I'll test again or just start a cycle of something with estimated maxes on these + deadlift.Clear eyes, full heart: can't lose.
