gonna have to agree
EDM/bigroom is dying out and dying fast.
Try getting into a different genre unless your heart is really into bigroom...in that caSe by all means go for it if that's what your passionate about.
What genre of music do YOU actually like?"Learn from Yesterday, Live for Today, Hope for Tomorrow"

I was a huge fan of electronic music and modern "EDM" style for a long time before I started making music, and have an appreciation for it all. I like listening to genres like big house at festivals and during certain moods and really I enjoy making it sometimes. As a listener when I'm just trying to put on music that I truly love, I'm more of a fan of pre-2010 electro house/progressive house for the most part with some dubstep from a few years back mixed in as well. I'm a big fan of bass house right now, listening to JOYRYDE quite a bit now if your familiar. Also heard some future bass that I'm digging too but just starting to scratch the surface with that.
My goal is to get into the live EDM scene and do festivals/clubs/everything like I'm most other producers and DJ's dream of too, but I also discovered that I love the production and creative process and I'm at the point where I just want this to be what I do everyday and all the time. I'm passionate about music in general and have no qualms about making genres way outside of EDM just to be able to do this for a living, but my true heart and passion is in electronic dance music, both modern and classic★ ☆ ★ MISC Producer/DJ Crew ★ ☆ ★

That must be a lot of fun man! If you want to start creating music, I would find a DAW (digital audio workstation) that you think you could work with and then go from there. I use Ableton because it clicked with me so quickly, but FL Studio, Logic, a newer one called Studio One and many many others are also options. If you look up tutorial videos on Youtube for each you can see what they are like in action and decide. These tutorials are also great for getting starting once you decide. Looks like Ableton does a a 30 day free trial for the full version now, which may be worth checking out if that DAW looks cool to you.★ ☆ ★ MISC Producer/DJ Crew ★ ☆ ★

Appreciate the honest feedback man. I made the name almost 5 years ago and have heard all kinds of good and not so good feedback on it since then. May change it at some point but my main priority now is just putting in the time and learning how to make better music

EDM is the cancer of electronic music.
source: ME, listening to electronic music since 17 years.
every fking big headliner name just takes an old successfull song, plays it slow, then drops some ridiculous progressive overloaded bass over it and some dubstep - then some sirene music. the endLast edited by shotgun85; 08-12-2016 at 06:17 AM.

GL bro.I think the scene is getting saturated right now, so many people trying to make it. But there's still a lot of good music being made though.
I liked your 2nd track better (add some vocals and it would be mint). The first track felt slow, repetitive and the drop doesn't pay off. all the kids nowadays are about that drop!!
