Yesterday I had a long and hard day... I got home at 11 and I just wanted to go to sleep but I still had 800 calories and like 80g of protein left to eat. I just chugged a protein shake and are some almonds and went to bed because it was already late and I wasn't hungry.
Am I going to lose muscle now that I did that? I missed my protein by about 40g. I weight 135 and ate 100g of protein.

It's unlikely you need 140g and 100g isn't as bad as you think. I'm not saying you should aim for 100 but it isn't some dangerouslylow number. 1 day is nothing, stop worrying
