Weekly update. Hammy still bothering me, literally only after I drive and when I deadlift. I basically sprint on Sundays playing outfield and running bases for softball, but it hardly bothers me then.

Another week. Still can't deadlift comfortably. Soon. Felt week as hell my second squat day (heat and humidity probably didn't help), and just not comfortable yet under heavy loads for squat. Bench seems to be coming back more quickly though.

I'm still not quite on a totally planned routine. I know what movements I'll be doing and what weights for the most part, but total sets and reps are just autoregulated.

I haven;t stopped lifting, but I'm tearing it down and starting over. I've been too inconsistent and too unprepared. I go in with an idea and execute, but it's been leading to hit or miss workouts. For example, I hit 395 squat triples for two hard sets,,,,,then 365 for triples feels just as hard next session. Bench has actually been more or less fine, but I want to think less and just go in and lift, so I'll be starting 531 for power lifting, just so I can turn lifting on autopilot for a bit.
Traingin maxes are going to be 395 for squat, 365 for deads (just using 405 so I can rebuild my sumo), 210 for bench, and 130 for OHP. I'll try to update weekly.
