I have worked out for about 20 years. I go to the gym, even if only for consistency and brief cardio, every single day. I am not lazy. But recently, perhaps due to outside factors on my mind, I struggle with motivation and energy in the gym. I'm not killing it, and haven't been for months. But I really want to get to where I was last summer. The stimulant supplements make me shaky but don't make me focused and motivated, so I can't say they positively impact my workouts. Can anyone recommend a supplement that would help? Or maybe an herb?
