    Herbs for focus and motivation?

    I have worked out for about 20 years. I go to the gym, even if only for consistency and brief cardio, every single day. I am not lazy. But recently, perhaps due to outside factors on my mind, I struggle with motivation and energy in the gym. I'm not killing it, and haven't been for months. But I really want to get to where I was last summer. The stimulant supplements make me shaky but don't make me focused and motivated, so I can't say they positively impact my workouts. Can anyone recommend a supplement that would help? Or maybe an herb?

    There are plenty of supplements that can increase your ability to focus (cholinergics, dopaminergics etc.) which might help you once you actually get to the point of working out but finding the motivation to actually go is more personal.

    Phenylpiracetam with Choline should do the trick, it's probably as close as you can get to an Rx that works similarly
