Should a 16 year old be using C4?

Or any type of pre-workout supplements? I want to get rid of stubborn belly fat so bad and I weigh 198 but I feel like it will never happen unless I try something new. I go on a caloric deficit but I tend to lose barely any fat for some reason. Should I use C4? Will it help inbetween or before my fighting-based cardio classes or workouts at school or at the gym?

Thanks anyone willing to give me advice.

    P.S: I think my bodyfat percentage is 25% , I also weigh 198 and I am 5'10 and 16 years old.

    Good God Get a Grip!

You don't need supplements or stupid diets or to obsess over abs. Eat normally, train hard, and that's it.
    You can't help the hopeless.

You are losing fat in a calorie deficit. You solved your own problem of fat loss right there. When you actually stop losing decrease your calories again or increase cardio. You can NOT spot reduce fat so it may not come off your abdomen first, in fact it is commonly last. Accept that the process is not over night, it will take time. Losing 2lbs/week is considered to be the average maximum fat loss rate. Anymore than this you are losing other forms of weight.

Should I use C4? No. If you happen to be low on energy drink coffee. Learn proper nutrition and macro nutrient intake. Get on a good training routine that works for YOU. Do not waste money on products you do not need at this stage, the body you want will follow.

I agree with everyone saying you shouldn't use c4 or other pre workouts etc. Waste of money at our age. That being said theres nothing wrong with getting a caffeine boost before your workout. Either drink coffee or take a caffeine tab. I drink 2 cups of black coffee before every workout I do. Gives the similar effect as c4, for a chitload cheaper.
The reason people advise teens not to use supplements is because they should only be focusing on diet and training when your younger. Once you have perfected both your diet and training, and you are over 18, then you can start thinking about supps.

C-4 explosives are dangerous and can explode with the correct combination of extreme heat and a shockwave. You should be 18 years old or older before attempting to use c4

    Nope.

Use food and proper rest as your "pre-workout".
