7 months and 25 lbs later, it's time to focus again. I've been lifting consistently and getting good daily protein, 120-160g a day, so im assuming some of the weight is fat and some is muscle. Im going to lose 20 lbs over the next 12 weeks eating 2500 cals a day and aiming for 80g fat and 160g protein. Ill be doing all-pro like i've been doing for the past 10 or so months. Wish me luck.
