Please advise. New to the forum and attempting to increase size and drop fat. I am 44 years old @ 196lbs. I go to the gym @ 4:30am. Only time I have through out the day. My approximate calorie intake is around 1800 to 2000. That is if I am really pushing it. I am attempting to bulk up and realize I should??? be increasing my calorie intake more. Unfortunately, when I increase and add additional meals. I am not only over full, I feel sick for all the food I have eaten through out the day. Please advise if any one could help. Would be much appreciated. Also, I am not a big morning eater. So, eating before the gym is out and may have the stomach an hour or two after I work out. Thanks for any and all suggestions.
