Thanks man.
Thanks Ron!
Thanks buddy.
Right? Sux.
Thanks for all the well wishes guys. I really knocked myself out of the box with this one. Down for about 4 days. No workouts, ate like crab and slept.
Able to grab some cardio this morning.
60 minutes plus cool down - 5.14 miles and 1030 calories.
Morning Weight: 183.6
I'm just running for the remainder of this week and then hitting the last week of the 28 day shred starting Saturday. That will finish up the program with a little unscheduled deload in between weeks 3 and 4. Odell right?

Felt good to sweat some crap out of me though.
Tonight, Thursday AM, Friday AM - all cardio.
Saturday - Legs
Sunday - Back and Biceps.
I should push into the upper 170s by the end of the weekend."Never Give Up. Great Things Take Time."

Well, definitely on schedule. Would have been happy to hit 180 by march 16th...... or a little before. I know i am going to eat like a banshee while i am away... especially considering i no longer drink so that said.....i really wouldn't mind pressing as far into the 170's as possible before i leave on the 16th...and not really giving a sh!t about what i eat while in Florida... I will be packing my running shoes for the trip and will be working out.. I dont plan to let the bloat or the foods totally destroy me..... Morning runs in south beach along the water do wonders for the mind and soul..............
