I am currently 190 lbs but my weight goal is 225 lbs. Exercise wise I will be doing Jim Stoppani's 6 weeks to shred and Insanity but diet wise I am not sure if I should calculate my macros for my current weight to gain weight or if I should calculate for my weight goal. Any suggestions?

hey man if you're looking to make a change on you're CURRENT body you should use marcos that suit you're CURRENT situation...So if you're gaining weight find out you're maintenance calories (google it) it'll ask your age height etc then add 500 calories which is an aggressive bulk but thats up to you as long as you're above you're maintenance calories you're going to gain weight. Now in terms of you're actual marcos a normal bulk is 40p.40c.20f and a cut is 50p.20c.30f.
example if you're gonna eat 3000 calories 40% will be protein which is 3000 x 40% = 1200 calories and you guessed it 40% carbs which will be also 1200 calories last but not least 1200 + 1200 = 2400 now subtract that from 3000 you get 600 calories of fat.
