Kanye is an average rapper 90% of the time, won't even lie. But he's a GOAT level producer and album maker (knows how to get the best features). Fact is all his albums sound amazing from song one to the closer. That's all I give a fukk about. Nobody will ever put Kanye in the top 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 greatest MC's list..but he'll be known as one of the greatest hip hop artists of all time.

There's a reason why Paul McCartney, Lou Reed, Bruce Springsteen and Liam Gallagher have all said they respect his work and 2/5 of those guys have called him geniuses.

There's time for all time GOAT MC's like Nas, Rakim, Big L, Outkast, Mos Def, Talib Kweli, MF Doom, Common etc and then there's time for guys like Kanye who just make good music that sounds great and has that hip hop swagger to it.
