    Night sweats

Hey, I'm pretty new to the gym but I've been training as hard as I can and I'm seeing results already. Problem is I'm getting horrible night sweats on days I go to work as well as the gym and I'm wondering if I'm doing too much. Is this a problem or will my body just get used to it?

Monday to Thursday I usually work 11 hours a day, sometimes 12 it's manual work and can be hard some days. I'm going to the gym 5 times a week with a rest every 2 days.

That's definitely not normal. Night sweats can be a sign of serious problems like Lymphoma. Change a few variables like what time you're working out, etc. and if it doesn't go away, see a doctor.

A large protein intake near bedtime can cause this. If you also get feelings of anxiety, it could also be blood sugar swings.

What does your evening food (and supplement) intake look like?
