You're looking at 95% detection within 4 weeks, and 99% within 3 months. So get tested in 4 weeks, and again a few months later. Yes the odds of transmission will increase with sores/cuts present in your mouth, but the transmission rate is still very low and you shouldn't be concerned... especially since it's illegal to not disclose an HIV+ status.
