Hi,
This is probably a stupid question but how do I save a tracked workout as a workout template? Every time I track a workout it says I can now save it as a template, but I can't see how you save it. Any ideas?
Thanks in advance

Previous weight doesn't populate
Can't figure it out for the full site, but in the BodySpace app,
Workout History >
Select the workout you want to track>
At the top there's a TRACK FROM THIS WORKOUT button.
It copies the exercises, but unfortunately not the weight you last used so you have to go back and forth. I just confirmed with the service rep.
Triple Threat Tyra says:
FIrst you need to go and select the workout that you want to track.
I say:
In my workout history?
Triple Threat Tyra says:
yes
Triple Threat Tyra says:
It is automatically saved in there for you to access and track again.
Triple Threat Tyra says:
Yes, you have to enter all of those (weights) in manually .
