Main reason would be I always lacked in bodyweight training and I observed if I don't do them regularly after some time I can't do more reps .
    2. I'm training for one arm pull up which I do.

    3. Cardio? I mean kind of

Not a bad idea. But doesn't replace cardio.

I dont always listen to random advice but on onetime this hench guy told me to do pushups after I'm done benching, like as drop sets for bench. He was hot so I did them, and I still do them now but I don't really know why.... Guess I just enjoy em
Dips are brilliant tho but best done weighted

24 burpees doesn't sound like much cardio, you can always try subbing in swimming if you don't like running all that much

I lyk running if it is in a park or something bt u workout late at night and parks get closed near my Area.
Tbh I just like doing bodyweight coz I don't get tired from my workout so I think why not do more?
    Will thus hinder my gains?

Cardio = raising the heart rate to help improve your cardio vascular system. Can be anything that maintains an elevated heart rate for at least 20 minutes I would suggest.

    Maybe try:
    Push up
High knees, jump rope, etc 60 seconds
    Pull up
High knees, jump rope, etc 60 seconds
    Dips
High knees, jump rope, etc 60 seconds
    Sit ups
High knees, jump rope, etc 60 seconds

Anything to keep heart rate from slowing down and that you like to do that works towards your goal. I'm simplistic and prefer the treadmill haha

I hate cardio indoors. I try as much as possible to separate strength training from cardio workout.

That's not a cardio replacement. If you want to throw it in as a finisher, that's fine but you've still got to train it differently.

    be it
100 pushups in minimum time on an upper body workout
60 burpees in mimimum time on a DL or lower body day
or a single leg, squat jump, high knee variation for a squat type day

make no mistake, it's decent for conditioning. but if you want more complete conditioning. you've got to program either those 25+ minute long cardio exercises, or the more sprint oriented cardio work.

I don't quite understand this thread.
But are you saying; after a weighted set, you burn yourself out with bodyweight exercises?

If so, yes I do that too. I like to feel that extra burn at the end of the exercise and it also helps to move onto next excercise.
Bench = Pushup until fail on 2nd last and last sets.
Pull ups = Unweighted pull ups on all sets
Squat = Unweighted squats on last set to stretch things further

Other ones aswell, but that's the jist of it.
