I see so many threads saying Dorian is the GOAT behind Ronnie, and Dorian would destroy Phil Heath.
Are you guys on fking crack?
Phil Heath would WRECK Dorian Yates from head to toe.
If you think otherwise, show a fair comparison that you think shows Dorian beating Phil, I bet you can't.

Well you are thinking "otherwise", so you should maybe "show a fair comparison" yourself.
Phil can maybe beat him at his best but to say that he would WRECK him from head to toe is a very ballsy thing to say.
Dorian was beating guys like Shawn Ray, Nasser, Kevin, Cormier. He is not some random no name or someone with the development of Larry Scott.Grainy hardcore religious slabs of thick dense muscle. So grainy that it hurts your eyes

Personally I think that it would be pretty tight, but that's crazy when you think of the time difference. Dorian was way ahead of his time in terms of condition and even raw size and development.
The advances in training, nutrition and 'supplementation' should imo mean that Phil should be much further ahead than he is. The fact that it's debatable is testament to how good dorian was.Insta: @Stephndunne

I'm not going to break it down pose by pose since I've already done one in a previous thread. Let's just say it could go either way, it really depends who's really on that day. 1995 Mr.o/1996 German prix dorian without the torn arms would be really hard to beat, same can be said for 2011 Phil. Only 2 people that could are 2001-2006,2009 Jay and Ronnie at any time during his reign apart from 2002.

Dorian's conditioning and mass trumps Heath
Only pose I see Heath winning are FDB and MM
All side poses and back poses Dorian wins hands down, not to mention FLS and Abs and thighs
Dorian 5'9 1993= 257lbs with grain type conditioning
Phil 5'9 2011- 245lbs with great conditioning
Would be Phils superiour muscle seperation vs Dorians' grainy, dry to the bone look

Phil's BDB is marginally better because of his delts, arms and quad sweep. Dorian is dryier and has that insane thickness Phil just lacks.
It has one pretty big flaw- lack of width. This would stand out alot if the two were standing next to each other.
Anyway, its not like he who wins the BDB wins the contest.

Dorians had better thickness, and conditioning. Its not like your going to see them compete next to one another so make even speculate just take what was for just that, history. Dorian was the first man to ever reach that size , weight, and level of conditioning ever in the world up until when he did it.
If you do want to compere, Dorian outsizes and out conditions Phil end of story.
btw look at Phil train and look at Dorian train lol big difference-Dorian outworked worked him huge time, train much heavier, and with much more intensityDisclaimer: The above post is my personal opinion and does not represent the official position of any company or entity. Stealth out? what do you mean?
Every month or two, people toss out that the 90s is the golden age and everything after sucks. They go on about how the 90s top6 would all place top 2 these days.
Shawn rhoden would place second at the olympia throughout the 90s.
a 2012 Kai greene and a 2011 phil heath would win throughout the 90s.
The only top guys who came in peeled were shawn ray and dorian
random googling rear shot. I hope i'm wrong and that this is a guestposing shot.
half the lineup in the 90s didn't even have striated glutes. People keep posting these filtered to fk pics with some crazy width distortion and think that's how the competitors in the 90s actually looked. just LOL at nasser's back. he placed top3 with that back
One of these days i'm going to do a comparison of the 90s to now. Or i'll learn photoshop and show people how crazy today's competitors would look with picturs/distorted video effects from the 90s.Last edited by bartosh; 10-21-2015 at 01:43 PM.

Phil's arms are bigger, Dorian takes everything else. I know you love Phil but come on..he's no Dorian, Jay or Ronnie. He can only win in a weak era due to dodgy judging/guys pulling out. He was unbelievable once and has never even come close to it since (and even then wasn't on the level of those guys).

Heath or Wolf? I'm not really a big fan of either, for me it's X-man Toney Freeman.
