Hey ladies, anyone have a favorite YouTube channel to watch for fitness videos? I love finding people with good informational videos along with workouts and obviously fun food recipes cus I'm always looking to spice up my meals in new ways.anyone have a favorite that they love watching? Doesn't have to be a female

Hi, so I will preview YouTube to see what is interesting and new. Anything from female bodybuilding to female crossfit athletes. Every video is different and each makes me feel like I need to step up my game because these girls are killin it in the gym. It is inspirational to say the least.
As far as nutrition and recipes, I will usually google recipe ideas and the "how to" recipes on YouTube. Maybe that will help?**Tiffany

That's how I learned to make my protein pancakes lol. I find it inspiring too, I love watching some of the YouTube personalities in the fitness genre. Do you know any of the channels names that you watch? I'm looking for some new content from what I usually watch.
