I would like to start lifting weights. I lifted weights semi-regularly fir several years but have been inactive for a year. Take a look at my picture. What should my goals be? Should I gain weight? Should I just tone up? I am 5'11" and 180 pounds. Will the ladies like me more with a beefier appearance?

The ladies would like you best with a better personality and a bit more confidence. For example, they'd prefer a guy who decides for himself what his goals are and doesn't ask others to set them for him.

OP, just stuff a rolled up pair of tube socks down the front of your pants and that's all the clothes bulge you'll need.
