tricep: 85 3x6
shrug: 85 2x6
rows: 295 3x5
stomach was making a bit of noise after i took the pills, a bit of an after taste from the pills. nothing uneasy. im sure it was just plaebo affect, but i felt powerful as hell yesterday. Ran stairs afterwards. felt good. had some explosive diarrhea today, but i have a really sensitive stomach. still wasnt anything painful. hitting up legs tonight

Did legs last night. Couldn't mentally hype myself up enough to go hard on squats
DL: 335 3x3
Hamstring curl: 190 2x6
Squat: 320 3x5
Leg Press: 770 2x6
Leg extension: the whole stack? 2x6
and calves.... not like theyll ever grow

Wednesdays are my light day so not much to report. no real soreness or DOMS to report. a bit of soreness in my legs, nothing too crazy, shoulders are still a bit sore. i usually work out around 9pm, so ive been wondering if it makes a difference what time i take it. been taking one at breakfast one at lunch and then one an hour before my workout. yesterday i worked out earlier, so i took it earlier, and there is always a longer gap between lunch and workout for me then there is bfast and lunch. any ideas? well here was yesterdays workout
weighted sit ups 70 3x6
ab pull downs stack 2x8
hanging leg raises 15 3x6
scissor kicks 2x12
sit ups 2x25
ran steps at the high school stadium

luckily for me, the diarrhea has pertty much stopped. bloating is there but not as much. i noticed the weir breath thing too, but no one wants to make out with me... so take that sucker! sorry i havent kept up. works been so boring that ive forgotten to exist. anyway
thursday back/shoulder hypertrophy
dont think weight matters for this stuff, cuz i basically do 4 exercises for each til pretty much failure. The weight never really matters to me, i just make sure i get through it
Friday: Hypertrophy leg day
Saturday: Hypertrophy Arms and Chest
so overall i was definitely feeling sore all weekend. chest and arms were feeling like i killed them. I also think that i was extra sore cuz i went wakeboarding for the first time this weekend... so im sure it was that. I know its probably still too early, but i do feel stronger and feel like im looking bigger. overall pretty happy with the stuff so far. got upperbody powerlifting tonightأشهد أن لا إله إلاَّ الله و أشهد أن محمد رسول الله

had a couple close calls with sharting yesterday, luckily no underwear was lost. had some crazy nausea for like 2 minutes after i took my afternoon dose yesterday, but it passed quickly and didnt return. feel like i have made some good progress.
Monday: Upper Body Power lifting

YEAH... skipped cardio again last night. eh well. stomach still stayin a bit loose these days. but it could have also been what i ate. havent been keeping track of macros at all lately. not sure if i should be. i feel like im making progress and i hate the mental stress of making sure im on track. any way yesterday was leg day

yeah, ill stick with it as long as its not too bad. at work right now, so i dont have the bottle with me, but ill get that stuff to you tomorrow.
started noticing some bacne, not sure if thats related, but im feeling bigger more cut too. strength is going up a bit, feel stronger.
yesterday i did core work with weights and ran steps at the stadium.
tonight is back and shoulders

running low on both the clear muscle and x factor, so i gotta re order those.
worked out hypertrophy legs and hypertrophy chest and arms on friday/saturday.
sat i also ran steps and went swimming with some buddies. felt great. sat night had the munchies and downed a whole bag of chips...so i think those just evened each other out.

YEAH it was a blast. went out star gazing, that **** is amazing regardless. but watching them while youre 'enhanced' and you see shooting stars smoking hookah... just unreal. fun times. thanks again for your help

yesterday was a easier day. core work, and i was supposed to do cardio at the stadium. had a date last night, so things werent as flexible and when i got to the stadium it was lightning like an mfer. so i ran for like 10 minutes and it got too bad. looking fwd to tonight, back and shoulders is always fun.أشهد أن لا إله إلاَّ الله و أشهد أن محمد رسول الله
