Cellucor Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Quest Pancakes
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Le6D2pY5egA
Recipe
Dry:
34g Cor Performance Whey Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough (34g)
Dash Splenda (3g)
Dash Baking Powder (3g)
½ Serving Complete Pancake Mix Extra Fluffy (20g)
1 serving SF/FF Pudding Mix (8g)
Wet:
1 Egg
3 Tablespoons Greek Yogurt (50g)
Dash Water (if necessary for batter)
Topping/Filling:
None!
Directions
Combine all Dry (SF/FF Pudding Mix, Whey, Baking Powder, Splenda, Pancake mix) in a bowl, and then add the wet (Egg and Yogurt). Additional water may be necessary to get proper batter thickness.
Pre-heat a griddle or skillet on medium heat, and coat with cooking spray. Take a small portion of batter and drop on skillet/griddle and cook until batter starts to bubble.
Cut up a quest bar into small chunks that you will drop onto the top of the pancakes as they start to bubble, this way they will cook inside the pancakes when you flip. Flip the pancake and allow to cook for another 1-1 ½ minutes until finished. Transfer to plate.
Continue to use rest of batter and quest bar until everything is done cooking.
Stack/Layer pancakes as desired and enjoy! You can use optional walden farm syrup, whip cream, or any other topping of your desire.

Post-Workout meal today was a charcoal-grilled chicken breast, some tasty pasta salad, a couple ears of sweet corn with butter, and a glass of milk.
No brain, no gain.

Good deal. Let's hope that's the outcome for everyone perusing this thread. There's just no reason for people to limit themselves to boring, tasteless meals that they hate. And as far as calories go, I don't think I've ever posted a meal pic that had much more than 700-750 calories in it. It can be done, and all the time.
Geez, there's some great-looking meals posted ITT. All you guys are killin' me.No brain, no gain.
