    Smile New to BB.com and my first thread here

    Hello all. I've been eyeing this site for months now and I finally decided to be a part of the BB universe. Just to give you some background about myself as I set up my account.

    It all started in 2011. It was summer and I was in Florida spending time with my aunt and uncle and cousins. One night my uncle pulls me to the side and shows me how he does the needle (for his insulin of course) and he said to try it and see what diabetics have to go through daily. So i did, and the prick with the very tiny needle it was practically a prick on my finger but i did not like it. From that point on i was encouraged to try and drop the excessive sodas and fatty foods. Of course in the beginning I was noob and didn't even know that many exercises. I thought that after a few weeks I was seeing result lol So on and off I was lifting weights with a few dumbbells in my house and a very worn and rusty barbell bench setup in my yard. It wasn't until the summer of 2014 where I decided to take it to the next level. I studied a lot of well known trainers and watched workouts on youtube. Then after a couple weeks I decided to get a gym membership after my ex broke up with me. Since then I've been learning new techniques and sciences of working out out and how certain parts of the body work. And now I am here.

    So yeah this may be my first thread but I thought it would be kind to introduce myself and hopefully I can meet some cool people here. Get dem gains bros!

    Hey,it's good to hear you've joined a gym,that's a big advance to you.Would be interested in your workout routine.Myself,I train full body 3-4 times a week,every other day rest/recovery,which is a good way of doing it.Make the gym a habit and keep up the good work!
