In. Going out later on to check some places out in the new city I am in, will post pictures; planning on a donut shop down the road but we will see. Plenty of good local food trucks/places (mostly Mexican) that I want to try.

Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.

Man, how do you guys fit all that ice cream into your macros? Do you guys eat the whole carton, like say a standard Ben & Jerry's carton's? Let alone 3. Or do you only eat a couple tablespoons per carton? Just curious, because whenever I eat B&J's I fit the whole carton in my macros but you guys have like 2 or 3. Are these cheat day posts?

Funnel cake challenge: del mar fair
did about 3/4ths of it. Weird thing is I wasn't 75%+ full when I had to stop. I just started feeling incredibly woozy and I wasn't able to swallow without triggering my gag reflex. The guy after me did it but first squeezed out the oil. He removed ~2 cups just by light squeezing so i'm guessing that's a large part to why i failed. I'm pretty sure i've never had that much fat/grease in one sitting before
godiva store soft serve
shrimp sandwich
recent sushi, don't recall if i posted in the last thread

Cellucor S’mores Chocolate Chip Glazed French Toast
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0OYY0CgR4us
Recipe
Dry:
½ Scoop Cor Performance S’mores Whey (15g)
Dash Splenda (3g)
Dash Baking Powder (3g)
4 Slices Chocolate Chip Bread (Pepperidge Farms)
Wet:
2 Egg Whites
½ Cup Almond Milk (114g)
Dash Vanilla Extract
Topping/Filling:
10g Cocoa Powder
16g PB Lean (MyOatmeal.com) Chocolate Hazelnut Flavor
Optional: Walden Farm or any other Syrup (Pancake/Chocolate)
Directions
1) Pre-heat a griddle on a medium heat to cook French toast.
2) Combine Wet Ingredients (Milk, egg whites, vanilla extract) into a magic bullet or blender. Add in the dry (Splenda, Whey, and Baking Powder) and mix for a minute until blended into a batter. Transfer batter to a shallow bowl.
3) Coat Griddle with cooking spray, then dip bread into batter and cook on griddle. Allow one side to cook at least 2 minutes until bread starts to rise, and then flip, allow to cook for another minute until completed and transfer to a plate.
4) Take Cocoa Powder + PB Lean in a small dish and add just enough water to make a thick glaze/batter to coat French toast. Drizzle across French toast and top with additional syrup (as desired). I would suggest Walden Farm or a lower caloric syrup to help cut back calories!
5) Enjoy!
