I find DoggCrapp training has the largest effect on me. A gallon of milk and f#cktons of gerber rice/oatmeal, meal cups etc. Most things I used to blend gave me more throat trouble. When I could it was blended bread, eggs and anything else you can imagine. Even pizza. No more tuna shakes.
