Glycodrive is working pretty good alongside metformin. Blood sugars have been more steady.
Got a question though...why the heck does it smell like Tribulus? lol

I hate you so much right now. So... much... right... now...
I opened my CPBC!!! It smells DELICIOUS!!! I ran out of eggs so I made proats (Which I hate) and it was easily the best proats I have ever had. My internet was down yesterday from the storm for most of the day, it came on and off. But now that it is back, I can look up my recipes and make protein cookiiieeess!!!! Glad to hear it - CPBC is so delicious and might be one of the better WS for baking. Made some choc chip peanut butter protein cookies as soon as I got it, but look forward to hearing what you do with it.

I just wanted to post some recipes that I made from Iso-Smooth:
Protein apple dip
1/3 c light cream cheese
3 scoops Blue Star Nutraceuticals Iso-Smooth Chocolate Sin
2 tbsp PB2
1/2 tsp Vanilla
1 tsp powdered sugar (Obviously, you don't need this)
Stir it all up until it gets sort of liquidy. This happens as the protein powder breaks down I think. Let sit in fridge for a few hours (If you eat it right away, it has a strange after taste). Eat with sliced apples. It's like an orgasmic cross between nutella and caramel for your apples. Best post work-out meal EVER.
No bake Peanut butter protein cookies
1 cup Blue Star Nutraceuticals Iso-Smooth Chocolate Sin
1 cup natural peanut butter
1 cup organic quick-cooking oats
1/4 cup raw honey
Protein Treat
1/3 c cream cheese
1 small cooked sweet potato
4 scoops of Blue Star Nutraceuticals Iso-Smooth Chocolate Sin
I stirred that sh*t up until it was smooth. But it was still too 'runny' to make into a bar or a ball. This would have been a perfect spread. However, I then added 1/2 c oats, and a few more scoops of protein powder until it was a sticky mass that I could manipulate in one big ball. Then I spread it in a pan that had been lined in parchment paper and froze it.
I'm going to be trying this stuff with the CPBC today I hope!!Squats and Maple syrup son. Squats and Maple syrup.

Hear you on sludge - not my favorite, though I do like shakes solo and blended. Have you tried blended shakes instead of just raw - i.e. Iso Smooth VD blended with a pear, greens, coconut meat or CPBC mixed with greens + banana + peanut butter?
Give proats some more time. Eat WheySmooth proats every morning - no heating, no overnight - just rolled oats + what I mentioned before. Posted before, so in spoilers - but does this look like something you'd hate...

GOTTA GET IN AND UPDATE!!!!!!! After about a week and a half on blade, and switched to IF keeping my cals the same, fat loss is actually happening!! Consistent visible definition improvements and my abs and obliques are starting to look more and more separated. So far so good!!!! Solid 8-9/10 if i had to rate it rn
