Took three capsules of ErgoZZZ before going to bed. Took me a little while longer than I would have liked to fall asleep since wife was watching TV as usual. The second night in a row I did not have to get up until 6:30am to use the bathroom. The tradeoff seems to be that I have a hard time falling back to sleep because I know that my alarm will be going off at 6:55am. Looking forward to taking a rest day from training and coming home after work to some PS4. Going to be heading up North to visit family on Saturday night so I should be getting quiet sleep for a couple of days.

I took three capsules of ErgoZZZ before going to bed. Had to deal with the TV being on very loud for about 15 minutes and then the headphones finally went on her head. Once those headphones went on, I passed out quickly. I was very tired last night even though I took a rest day from working out. I woke up rather early (2:30am) to use the bathroom but it resulted in me being able to sleep until my alarm went off at 6:55am.

I took three capsules of ErgoZZZ before bed. Ended up getting some action very late at night, due to my wife pouting about not going out on Friday night. She will be going out Saturday night so I do not understand the need for the dramatic act. I will never completely understand the addiction of a partier. Anyway, after that the TV still did not go off until much later. It was really hard to fall asleep because I was frustrated with the TV being on so late. A horrible night's sleep but it was not due to ErgoZZZ. On the bright side, I will be going up to visit family tonight so I will be sleeping alone. Finally, no damn TV to deal with before going to bed.

6/13/15 & 6/14/15
Both of these nights I took three capsules of ErgoZZZ before going to bed. T-Mobile does not have data access where my parents live (rural) so I was not able to update my log on these days. Both nights were great nights of sleep. I slept alone both nights and it was so quiet with no one watching TV loudly while I was trying to sleep. Got about 8 hours of sleep on both nights and that is very rare. Didn't get any training in but will start up when I get home after work on Tuesday.

I took three capsules of ErgoZZZ before going to bed. Back home and struggling with getting my wife to turn the TV off at reasonable hour. At least I had two perfect night's of sleep during this log. No matter what sleep aid you take or how much sleep you try to get...if you have inconsiderate people in your home, it can be a real task to get proper sleep. My bottle of ErgoZZZ was placed in the recycling bin. Thank you to Ergogenix for this wonderful opportunity! ErgoZZZ is an inexpensive sleep aid that I would recommend bb.com members to give a try.
