Based on my pics is it possible, in your personal opinion, to have visible abs four months from now. I lift heavy three times a week, carb cycle (high carbs on workout days), 900 calorie deficit on non workout days but really high protein, no carbs, and some fats. I also do IF. I weigh my food and track macros religiously. My workout and diet is solid. I'm just wondering if my goal is realistic.

You're giving ball park figures. What is your TDEE what is the number of grams of protein you take in? Fat is essential for hormones and many other functions so don't cut those to much. I stick with around 50-60G for fat.
If everything is on point and no cheats days I could see if happening if you really buckle down and increase activity.

You have about 15 lbs to lose, possible? Yes. Is it worth it to get lean enough with little lbm? No.
Visible is subjective because some feel a blurry 4 pack at 16% bodyfat is "abs" but without a muscular base you would need to cut to about 7-8% to see anything.
Realistic yes but shouldnt do it.There is always someone less fortunate, with real hunger, with real adversity, who made something of themselves. What is your excuse?

TDEE is roughly 2200 - I take in 2200 on workout days and 1300 on off days. Protein is usually around 185-190 both days. Fats stay the same at about 50-60g. Carbs on off days is 50 or less, days I lift carbs are 200+.
@Serpentarius - so not enough LBM to cut or just not enough to cut down to a 6 pack. I'm somewhat of a noob lifting - was hoping for the noob gains. Hope I'm not bean pole in 4 months. Going for the Brad Pitt fightclub/snatch look.

Well I'll give you the honest answer. For your picture and for your current knowledge of nutrition, and you being a "noob" at lifting, your goal of the Fight Club look in 4 months is extremely unrealistic. Now if you were to shell out the money for a top Hollywood trainer and personal chef, and you stayed on track with their guidance 7 days a week, there's a chance you could come close in 4 months time.
A how-to guide for that look is pretty in depth, and the truth is once you have that guide, on top of all the nutrition and training, it takes a ton of dedication, commitment, sacrifice, will power, effort & very hard work(intense workouts).
My recommendation is before going for the ripped look, you should become more familiar with all the gym equipment and all of the exercises for each muscle group. Read up on cardio. Read up all you can on bodybuilding nutrition and on sports nutrition. That look requires a very good foundation first. If you look at pictures of Brad Pitt pre-Fight Club, he was already pretty ripped and he had that Tyler Durden body foundation already there from years of working out and eating right.Insta: @johnnybiceps

100+ views on the pics and this is all the responses? Well, thanks to those who did respond. I'll post pics in 4 months to give a big **** you to the guy above who seems to lack basic reading comprehension skills with regards to my question. I didn't ask for diet advice or workout advice. I simply asked if it is technically possible, obviously not using drugs, to have a visible 6 pack in 4 months based on the pics. yes or no answers would have sufficed. Anyhow, pics will be coming. You guys have motivated me without even realizing it. Thanks!

It's not a challenge, you don't really have the LBM for this project. It's not anything many of us have not gone through ourselves. You came to the forum, received advice from people who had gone there before, and you are disregarding it.
I mean keep in mind most of these guys tell people all day that they need to tighten up their intake and cut the fat. Yet you are not receiving this advice.
Please reconsider trying to cut down to abs at this time, and instead focus on some steady training and building up a bit more a base of muscle. The most important aspect of weight training; whether for the athlete, bodybuilder, or average person is to better ones health and ability without injury. - Bill Pearl

Not a challenge.. Just a fact.
You do not have enough muscle to have "abs" even if you drop to crazy low BF percentages.
Abs are muscles and unless you have worked to develop them they will not "pop" or look impressive just because you lose weight. If you have never lifted weights then you wouldn't expect to have "ripped" arms just because you lost some fat would you? Same thing applies to "abs".
Right now all that you will end up doing is looking "skinny".
This is what happens when someone with no real amount of muscle tries to drop to 10-12% BF...
