You need a good rack, a bench, and a 300-lb Olympic weight set. Now, what was your question?

Interesting, I wouldn't have thought that show would have any substance. I might have to check out that episode.
From the write up, that guy makes the episode seem like it was written by a douchebag of the Ayn Rand libertarian school. I'm all for defeating social Marxism, but let's be honest that's a strawman. Nobody is advocating social Marxism as far as I can tell, or maybe I'm just not paranoid enough to have noticed.
It's not really sincere to say advocating for the rights of minority groups is an attempt to squash meritocracy. That's sensationalism IMO, but I'll leave this for the smart guys to discuss.
I'm not surprised that MLP is better than whiny Calliou. However, I do admit to liking Spongebob. Perhaps he's jumped the shark since I stopped watching with my kids.Clive, you're a good guy. - AttyGuy

So is it possible to get a number for the reassembling and care taking of the American made York Set I use at work? All plates York, both standard and Olympic, within my Fire Dept., now reside with me at my station. They enjoy being used regularly now.
If so, #998 would be awesome.▪█─────█▪ Rogue Barbell Club #998 ▪█─────█▪

I just got a single milled back, pre usa 45 york. It was missing its mate, got it with a bunch of other weights and it was paired with some POS 45. Now the hard part of finding a single mate for it. I now have 3 York 45's, lol

yello
I've been peeping here for a couple years. Just wanted to say hi and thank you guys for the education, and yes, it was the shot of 2morerepz b-hole that motivated this introduction. Here's mine (iron, I mean).
The bumpers are Allison specials (thanks for that tip too). they do the job but they're typical chinese quality. The barbell on the left is a B&R. middle is an 80's power bar. barbell on right came with a set of rough-rimmed plates from the early 80's. I like the milling on the plate in the picture but can't figure what sort of tooling would result in that diameter band. Must be fairly common (?) cause I've seen it in other pics here.
