I figure 6 weeks until I go to Vegas should give me time to make some decent progress (yet not much when you reflect back on the thread BOB posted with the 30 lbs lost - but at least it would be better than no 6 weeks of progress).

Hnnghgh - pressing strength creeping up there with the volume included. Feelsgoodman rather than hitting 1-2 reps just lol. And it was definitely taxing doing 3x8 FS at heavier weight than 3x3 - me gusta.
Haha - I know. My first 8 weeks of the year were really good. It's just a matter of sticking to it on the weekend - which would be easier if I would find something to do (like spend it driving) rather than come home and just thumb my ass for 10 hours. I know the little 'health' app isn't all that accurate, but it's lulz (or, sad) to look at the activity on M-F... and then Sat/Sun lmao. 1/5th the activity... and 5x the cals.

You could try going to bed earlier? That’s what I did when I was cutting two years ago…kept to myself, went to bed early, went to gym nice n early…dat FA life lol. Too much real tea on the 1/5 activity, 5x calories

Haha - well it was easy to star the year because I was working on manuscripts which meant Fridays and Saturdays were still busy/communicating back and forth at night, so I didn't want to be black-out potato trying to do so. Then I let a little too loose - now it's just breaking the habit again. Easiest thing to do is work a little later, find a movie and just fall asleep quickly, sort of like you suggested.
