Eaten like **** the past few days while traveling and not much water
Went in today but fel like ****. Was exhausted. 5 hr each way trip on the bus, ****ty hotel bed, and emotional double header. I should have waited but supposed to work a golf tourney sat. All power racks were full so i tried to pull. Worked up to 335x2 (supposed to be 4x8) and banged it. Was gonna walk on treadmill but had an emergency. My stomach has been jacked up the past few days from my eating. Im gonna go home and pass out after workPL Log

The same thing I said about your accessory exercises applies to your main lifts. The most important thing right now in your training block is getting the sets & reps in. If you can't do the prescribed weight, then drop the weight. If warming up you know you can't do 4x6 @ 335, then do 4x6 @ 275 or whatever. Or after you do the 335x2, drop down to 275 or something and do your 6s. Volume is a key driver of progress. Get whatever work you can get in.
