is there any exercise to reduce the appearance of puffy nipples? i want to wear a white t-shirt without my nipples pointing out. so i would like to know if there is any type of chest exercise to sculpt the chest to reduce the puffy nipple visibility. I think working the upper chest would work but i'm not sure.

I have the puffy nipples too, I put on a white shirt and had to change it before I went to school cause they were stickin out
I had this dream, that one day I would be able to reach my highest goals, to recieve the highest recognition possible for myself, to reach the top and finally see what its like to live the life, to live like I have always wanted, to live without struggle and to work with it, to play that game for the rest of eternity and to finally hit that resting place in history

only ways to get rid of puffy nips is to either lose fat and hope it goes away, it may go away as you get older OR surgery. yay. chest exercises are not going to get rid of it, sorry.
I have puffy nips and it blows, i'm cutting now so i pray that it reduces as a i lose weight.Last edited by weakguy; 03-02-2008 at 08:45 PM.

you cant get rid of puffy nips by working out, theres a possibility of making it less noticable, but your chest isnt going to grow to that possible size in a couple months, so they will still be pointing out.
surgery to remove the fat and glands is the only way to get rid of it instantly, you can also wait and pray for it to go away by itself, its a little cheaper but longer to wait then surgery.

might be different between people then. ive got puffy nips, not sure exactly what gyno is, i dont have hard lumps, just puffy, and if my chest was flat like a 10 year old kid, it would be noticable. but the bigger the chest, the more reason for your nips to look a bit bigger too since stretching, so its understandable. and since my chest isnt flat, well then the little puff of the nips doesnt look to out of the ordinary as a flat chest with 2 random puffy bumps on them would look jokes.

help
I went to my doctor and asked the same thing, there is no way to remove gyno threw exercise but you can DEFIBETLY reduce the size, watch your diet by keeping down on fast food ect. do a little more the regular cardio to cut unkneeded fat, and also do more then basic chest exercise, like cable cross overs, butterflys, incline dumbell press, decline dumble press, even the pec machine, other people think its a waste of time but for the puffy nips its awsome, i had it not to bad but hard fatty tissue under my nipples, and pointy puffy nipple, and the puffy ness will go away for sure, the rock hard tissue decreased as well, but it wont be fully gone till i get surgery, i live in canada and it costs 2400 for me to get done.
