Decided I should start wearing a belt for deads, seeing as I compete and all. First training session with it today. Didn't like it, but I think I can adapt to it.

Felt weird for me too, as I get down low in my starting stance and the belt would hitch up.
I pull from slightly higher hip position now, feel stronger with a belt though.

I find the same, I mean only a cm or two but noticeably different to the start of the pull. I wouldn't over-think it man, unless you fill out that core more it'll likely remain like this

You should stretch out every limb by holding it in a hyperextension before working out as its good for you

when you guys lift do you guys lift for the pump or more like for strength?

I dont know bros whats better like sometimes i do 8-12 reps with smaller rest time and get a really good pump and other times i try and lift heavy but this is ually 5-6 reps and longer rests
