That's where a phone like the Note 4 comes into play. Dat handwriting recognition, big ass screen and pressure sensitivity.
Or you could get the iFail 6 which doesn't have any of those features.
This.
Anyone who uses an app that needs some serious horsepower / knows wtf they are doing will not touch a mac with a 10 foot pole.☆☆☆Jaden Smith school of experimental philosophy and existentialism crew☆☆☆

Apple is cashing in on the college craze. I know very little about computers, but I chose a Sony Vaio for my first laptop. It's held up really well so far and I haven't had anything wrong with it. It's also WAY faster than my friends Macbooks but I don't know how old or what Macbook models they have, so it's hard to compare.
I like to think of it as you get what you pay for. I know someone who constantly compares their new macbook to their 10 year old dell family computer. They are comparing apples to oranges (no pun), but I can't get that through their head. Whether you spend $1000 for non-mac or $1000 for Mac you will have a solid machine. But no, the $250 Walmart special will not compare to new $1000 Macbook Pro.The harder I work, the luckier I get

This. When will they learn??
Only dorks really care that other people have Mac's. I don't go to school and think "LULZ WOW, LOOK AT THAT BMW... I COULD BUILD A CAR THAT GETS 35MPG FOR LIKE $1000."
Why? Because people can spend their money however they damn well please, including but not limited to quality, reliable products that you wouldn't buy.August 2023:

It's a perfectly fine analogy. Not everyone likes what you like.
I built a low 11 second car for about $15,000. My sister has a car that is about the same quarter mile time that cost her $50k. But guess what? My sister doesn't like Chevy Nova's, and I don't like BMW's. I also got a 4x4 for $5000, but I don't go to someone who spent $10k and mock them (nor does the thought even cross my damn mind) because they prefer an '01 Toyota over a '97 Chevy, even though they are very comparable in application.
The point is different strokes for different folks. This obsession of goofy PC gamers and others with the fact that some people spend $1500 on a MBP is weird AF to me, and I've actually been approached by people about this at my college library.
If you want a better analogy, pick ones. Different cars, AK vs. AR, Glock vs. Springfield XD, it all boils down to the same thing.August 2023:

That doesn't fail anything... it proves my point.
I'm an RN. What do IGAF if the Mac doesn't properly run something for another industry?
Aesthetics are in the eye of the beholder, no? Personal preference? Isn't that exactly what I was just saying?
okay, it was in the high 12's, whatever, lol

No, because in your example you are stating that windows based computers are tuned-up unaesthetic beaters as opposed to equals in aesthetics and performance.
Secondly, if your more expensive purchase cannot run a percentage of apps then it is a flawed product. Simple. Or to spell this out for you, how about high end gaming on a mac? No fukking thanks Jeff. Oh no...but that doesn't make it flawed in any way...☆☆☆Jaden Smith school of experimental philosophy and existentialism crew☆☆☆
