Lets say you are doing 2 sets of x exercise
First set u do 50lbs x5 reps,same on second set
next week you do one set of 6 reps and the other set with 5 reps ,you make a progress
however next week you do a set with 6 reps and the second set with 6 reps
is this considered progressive overload?
compared to last week only the second set is bigger
would it only have been pr ov if first set is 7 reps and second is 5+ reps?
