    Progressive overload question

Lets say you are doing 2 sets of x exercise
First set u do 50lbs x5 reps, same on second set

next week you do one set of 6 reps and the other set with 5 reps ,you make a progress

however next week you do a set with 6 reps and the second set with 6 reps

    is this considered progressive overload?

compared to last week only the second set is bigger

would it only have been pr ov if first set is 7 reps and second is 5+ reps?

Next time, write better English. From what I gathered:

    Week 1: 2 sets of 5
    Week 2: 1 set of 6, 1 set of 5
    Week 3: 2 sets of 6

If that's correct, then yes, it is a form of progressive overload.
