just move enough weight and push enough volume to stress the targeted muscle
progressively increase workload through weight/reps/sets/volume/etc.
routine seriously doesn't matter nearly as much as people think (unless your goal is powerlifting or something)

Yes but there is just rep-range and good splits suited for one's goals. ANd how can I know if volume is like too much or too little ? Gotta throw in some help man !
Aware me on something. Provided that lifitng 7x a week takes a toll on your system, aware me one something good 6x a week.

Just go to the gym and lift.
Of course have some plan/idea but just go and lift whatever you'd do "next" anyways.
I had a period of like 17 months where I was unemployed/very partially employed and I went to the gym 5+ days a week, occasionally 2-a-days. Easily was the biggest/strongest/most aesthetic i've been.
It just comes down to frequency of working out. Even with a decent amount of time in the gym now its shocking how much weaker i am.
