Ok, I've been lifting with morning cardio and watching my diet etc since January 1, 2005. I'm down from around 200, now down to 170. A couple of questions:
1. What would you guess my bf% to be?
2. I'm currently taking in 2100-2400 cals/day. I change it to see what happens. Also planning on getting down around 10% bf before I bulk up (planning on adding 20 lbs of muscle after my cut). Would you recommend bulking now or keep going? If keep going, how long?
3. Oh, and you can find more details on my site -- any addition comments, suggestions are very welcome. I'd love for someone that knows what they're doing to check out my plan.
