Ok, I've been lifting with morning cardio and watching my diet etc since January 1, 2005. I'm down from around 200, now down to 170. A couple of questions:
1. What would you guess my bf% to be?
2. I'm currently taking in 2100-2400 cals/day. I change it to see what happens. Also planning on getting down around 10% bf before I bulk up (planning on adding 20 lbs of muscle after my cut). Would you recommend bulking now or keep going? If keep going, how long?
3. Oh, and you can find more details on my site -- any addition comments, suggestions are very welcome. I'd love for someone that knows what they're doing to check out my plan.

in the first i seeyour abs and in the later ones, i think id say like umm 11-14 % maybe? not sure, your not fat so you do a clean bulk now, or just reg up to you and what you feel comfortable with doing, but id say bulk

I have to say bulk also. Your a little on the skinny side, which is not a bad thing. Just put you some meat on those bones..You should be there in no time.
