    Little about me..

    2006= 127kg (280)
    2007-2008= 90kg (200)
    2008-2012=yoyo dieting 90-100kg
    2013= 89kg (196) @ 10% BF
    2014= let myself go

    I haven't journal-ed in a long time (explains the new user name)

    This journal is going to document my journey back to 10% BF whilst regaining my strength.
