I like to take a thermogenic/pre-workout sup before my workouts. It undoubtedly helps me get through those last sets or keep running even when my lungs are begging me to stop. However, after my workout I stay revved up for hours. Not only am I jittery but I feel out of it. Able to concentrate, yes, but completely weird. I am a college student so I'm used to caffeine (I even take caffeine pills during finals/midterms and am completely fine). What else in the supplement could be doing this? Any recommendations or advice? Should I stop immediately or is this normal?

You aren't suppose to take C4 and Super HD together. That's the issue. I would recommend the HD in the morning and then the C4 on training days in the evening (after like 8 hours).

Wow thats a strong double stim,
Follow the advice and switch to one at a time instead of both, drink plenty of water, and if the dose is too much for your weight, adjust it to a lower dosage.Deadlift: 315 x 6
Bench: 225 x 6

I would slow down on the stims, aside from doubling up in the mornings you are then taking again prior to weight sessions in the evening, probably not the best idea. I can understand the busy schedule and being tired but you should consider some other options for energy sources, look at getting in a good pre workout meal prior to weight training, slam some amino's and hit a fasted cardio session. Just some ideas, ideally you do not want to have to rely on stims to get you through a gym session.
