They showed a lot of independent polls of varied countryies showing that it wasn't a small minority who had what most people would think of as radical. Like, is it ok to kill someone who leave the Islamic state, or is suicide bombing justified, or should society adopt Sharia Laws. There were like 20-45% Muslems who agreed. They may not all be terrorist but there are a lot of sympathizers.

I thought the people who had radical views were a sliver. Like what Westboro Church is to Christianity. It seems, if the facts are true, that what we view as radical is rather mainstream across Muslims across the world.

Not even 10% here in western europe would think the same.
